Rotary Web Minute for Thursday, May 11th

We continue to grow our use of the Rotary Club of Kennebunk web site as the hub of all our activities.

The 74th annual Kennebunk Rotary Chicken BBQ is now live for registration!  

Help us promote this event by using the social media links in the event to say you or going or raise awareness. Look for the social media icons at the bottom of each event - clicking these will create a post on Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.

If you're interested in learning more about how you can use ClubRunner for your Rotary activities, the ClubRunner Chanegover Training webinars are available (and well worth watching). Look for the series Deep Dive Series 1: Membership and Club Administration for the specifics.

A reminder of some recent ClubRunner features we've added:

• Online payment is now available for member dues - look for this in the June invoice

• We now have features for Committees in ClubRunner

  • Provides per-committee document storage and committee email
  • Let me know if you want a committee site - include chair, members, and any subcommittees
• We are regularly adding District visibility for our events - this will be the usual practice except for purely internal events
• Club Stories: We're ramping the use of this feature to post news about our club. To see the stories, click the Club News link at the top of the home page. If you have club stories you want to publish, contact me and we can set you up to add them.
