John V. Caron, Ed.D. the new President of The Landing School. along with Abigail Henry, Director of Advancement,  and Rachel King, Director of Education will be speaking to us about the school, and discussing how the school can engage with the community.

David Patch CDR/USN (Ret) is the President of Maine Veterans in Need out of Brunswick, Maine.  The group’s mission is to assist veterans and their dependents who are in need, to advocate for those in active crisis/emergency, to prevent homelessness, and to help those who are homeless to transition into stable housing.

Jennifer Merrill will be telling us about Lasagna Love, a 501C3 organization that started in 2020.  It's mission is very simple: feed families, spread kindness, and strengthen communities.      

Jenn lives in Windham Maine where she and her husband raised 4 children, who are now adults.  She works for Fiddlehead School of Arts and Sciences.  Some of her hobbies include knitting, reading, watching hockey, going to the beach, and volunteering.  One group she has been volunteering with for 3 years is Lasagna Love.
